Helping students find their way across campus

I recently completed an upgrade to the Kent State online way finding system. In addition to being able to find campus buildings and directions, users can now search for departments and other campus services. Thanks to search analytics research, I also created a way to help correct for building misspellings and commonly misunderstood names. For example, users often spell Olson Hall as “Olsen.” The system suggests corrections for this.
